Refund Policy

Before payment

Check the Minecraft username, cart, price and billing interval before proceeding. Checkout verifies account ownership to reduce mistaken delivery.

Faulty or missing delivery

If a paid entitlement is missing, duplicated or materially different from its published description, open a private support ticket with the transaction reference and verified username.

Subscriptions

Plus can be cancelled through Tebex so future monthly renewals stop. Cancellation does not automatically reverse a period that has already been paid and delivered, subject always to mandatory consumer rights.

Review process

Support records the request, checks identity and delivery evidence, and escalates eligible cases for senior review. Approved financial refunds are completed through Tebex; an internal status alone is not confirmation that funds have moved.

Statutory rights

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country. Any consent or acknowledgement required for immediate delivery of digital content will be presented during provider checkout where applicable.

Chargebacks

Please contact support before opening a payment dispute so the team can investigate delivery records. Fraudulent disputes may be contested using the purchase and verification audit trail.

Payment provider

Transaction processing and financial refunds are handled by Tebex Limited as Merchant of Record and are also subject to the Tebex terms displayed at checkout.
