Independent service

CrystalSMP is independently operated and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to any other Minecraft server or network.

Products

Store products are digital entitlements for a specified Minecraft Java account. Product pages show the price, billing interval and included benefits before checkout. Cosmetic products do not provide a competitive gameplay advantage.

Plus membership

Plus costs €5.99 per month including applicable VAT. It renews monthly until cancelled through the Tebex account tools. The package includes access to the Plus cosmetics collection, a pink Plus prefix and chat styling, plus one Premium Chest Key per active membership month.

Premium Chest Keys

A Premium Chest Key costs €3.99 including applicable VAT. It is a virtual, account-bound entitlement used at the Premium Chest in game, where the player selects one reward from the configured reward pool.

Account verification

You must enter the correct Minecraft username and verify ownership in game with /verify. Discord account linking is separate and cannot verify a checkout account. Codes are single-use and expire after 15 minutes.

Ordering steps

Add products to the cart, verify the Minecraft account in game, review the cart and billing intervals, then continue to Tebex. Tebex displays the final total and payment obligation before the order is placed. You can correct the cart or account before that final step. A completed order is confirmed electronically.

Contract and payment

For purchases completed through Tebex Checkout, Tebex Limited acts as reseller, Merchant of Record and legal seller of the licensed digital content. The contract of sale and payment are governed by the terms shown by Tebex before purchase. CrystalSMP operates the game service and delivers the advertised server entitlement after Tebex confirms payment.

Delivery

Delivery is made to the verified account after confirmed payment. You are responsible for checking the username before payment. Contact support if an entitlement has not arrived within a reasonable time.

Server access and rules

A purchase does not exempt a player from server rules. Enforcement may restrict access where necessary, but it does not remove mandatory consumer rights.

Age and authority

If you are not legally able to make the purchase yourself, obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before checkout.
